Our 3-Step Staging Process
1. Consultation - We will conduct a thorough measurement walkthrough of your space and provide recommendations on areas that need particular attention, suggest items that could be relocated, identify pieces suitable for repurposing, and advise on color schemes for interior redecoration. Additionally, we will offer guidance on essential repairs and cleaning tasks that should be completed. This will all be included in your report and the cost of your consultation will be deducted from the job cost when booking.
2. Preparation - Prior to the initiation of staging, crucial preparatory tasks must be undertaken. These tasks encompass activities such as repainting, repairs, cleaning, organizing, and decluttering the home. Each of these steps is indispensable to enhance the property's appeal to potential buyers, consequently increasing the likelihood of selling at a higher price.
