Monitor rankings, assist with web development and maintain site integrations with shopify, square, godaddy  This is a creative start up company and job requirements may change and evolve overtime. You may be required to attend events, workshops or other tradeshows to capture and record video footage for content creation. 

 Are you wanting to unleash your creative side and take your painting skills to the next level? This is a unique opportunity to learn from an experienced decorative painter. You won’t just be painting walls, but you’ll be adding a creative and artistic flair to them and learning how to paint furniture turning them into a piece of art as well as refinishing.     We're looking for someone to join our creative team on an as-needed basis.  There may be some travel to job-sites across the state. 

Responsibilities include: Assisting Lead Artist/Painter on job sites to assist with all necessary prep work which includes plugging holes, wipe-downs, taping off areas for paint, protecting floors, furniture etc., keeping a clean workspace, emptying garbage, cleaning brushes and rollers, monitor consumables. 

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the following areas. 

· Painting Experience (i.e. house painter who wants to level up skills to decorative finishes)

· Ability to use power tools (i.e.. Sander, drills etc.)

You will learn:

· Decorative Painting and Faux Finishing techniques with a variety of raw materials(ie. venetian plaster, micro-cement, lime & acrylic products, textures, creating glazes etc.)

· Furniture Refinishing, Upcycling and adding an artistic flair

· How to use a trowel  and texture tools to create decorative finishes

Are you a color expert? Experienced in mixing and color paint matching Your expertise in color matching and knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and commitment to quality will contribute to our success in delivering exceptional paint products to our customers.  We are seeking an energetic go-getter to join our creative team on a part time as needed basis with the understanding this may grow into a full time opportunity.

Responsibilities include: maintain clean working space including workshop area. Prepping sample boards for classes and workshops, cleaning brushes, rollers and other items used throughout the department, restocking shelves, monitoring low inventory, maintaining accurate inventory in online portals (Etsy, Shopify, Square), inspect incoming inventory and confirm packing slips with delivery receipts, maintaining paint equipment, mixing and tinting paints, color matching and blending pigments and base materials according to established formulas following batch tickets and formulas to accurate measure and blend pigments, base materials and additives to produce various paint colors and finishes. 

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the following areas:

• Operate blending equipment including mixers, dispensers and tinting machines,      ensuring proper settings and calibration for consistent color results.
• Conduct color tests and adjustments to achieve desired color accuracy and      consistency using color matching tools
• Maintain a clean and organized blending area, including proper storage and labeling      of raw materials, cleaning of equipment and disposing of waste materials.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials.
• Excellent customer service skills acting in a friendly and courteous manner
• Pricing and ticketing items appropriately in the store, while maintaining displays.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  Are you an e-commerce expert? Do you have prior experience selling on numerous e-commerce channels such as e-bay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy. We’re seeking a tech savvy go-getter with a passion for creating engaging and enticing ads. We are seeking an energetic individual to join our creative team on a part time as needed basis with the understanding this may grow into a full time opportunity.

Responsibilities include: Set up and maintain e-commerce platforms and inventories, creating listings on all social platforms and integration of inventory across platforms. Creating engaging listings and paid advertisements. 

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the following areas. 

• Experience with multiple platforms (i.e. Shopify, Etsy, Square, E-Bay, Facebook      Marketplace, Google Ads)
• Assertive and resourceful
• Time management skills
• Meeting or exceeding sales performance goals on a daily/monthly basis
• Friendly and self directed with a positive attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills that can cater to a variety of      audiences. (English, Spanish & French speaking is an asset!)
